To log in to your rm35 account, start by opening the rm35 website in your preferred browser — whether that's Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or any other modern browser. Click the "Log In" button at the top right of the page. You'll be taken to the login page, where you'll need to enter the Malaysian phone number (+60) you registered with, followed by your password. Then click "Log In Now" and you'll be taken straight to your account dashboard.

If this is your first time logging in from a new device, the rm35 security system may send an OTP verification code to your registered phone number to confirm it's really you. This is an additional security measure we have in place to protect all rm35 members' accounts from any unauthorised access attempts.

Security Tips When Logging in to Your RM35 Account

The security of your rm35 account is a shared responsibility. We have put in place multiple layers of industry-standard security to ensure every login session is fully protected. That said, there are several best practices you can follow to further strengthen your account security during the login process.

First, always make sure you log in only through the official rm35 website. Never click login links received via SMS or suspicious emails, as these may be phishing attempts. Second, avoid logging in to your rm35 account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks, such as free Wi-Fi at cafés or shopping malls — use your 4G or 5G mobile data instead, which is far more secure. Third, never save your rm35 password in a browser on a device shared with others.

Common Login Issues & How to Resolve Them

There are several common situations that may prevent you from logging in to your RM35 account. The most frequently reported issue is a forgotten password. If this happens, don't worry — click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page and follow the steps to reset your password via your registered phone number. The password reset process takes less than 2 minutes.

Another login issue some users occasionally encounter is entering their phone number in the wrong format. Make sure you enter your number without the country code — for example, if your number is +60 12-345 6789, enter 123456789 without the leading 0 or +60 prefix. If you still can't log in after several attempts, please reach out to the rm35 customer support team, available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat in Bahasa Melayu.
